Erlybird uses Stripe to provide a seamless credit card and debit card online payment experience for you and your customers. With one click, you'll connect your new or existing Stripe account with Erlybird and start accepting payments immediately.
When and how are funds transferred into my account?
Payments you accept on Erlybird are transferred to your account immediately, minus Erlybird fees and processing fees (approx. 8%).
How do you calculate fees?
Our mission is to get you as much money as possible, so we do everything we can to minimize fees. Erlybird's fee is 5% per successful transaction + approx. 3% charge for credit card processing by Stripe. There are no additional fees!

Is Erlybird secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available - certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (This is the highest level of certification available). Financial information and credit card numbers are never stored on our servers.
How do I keep track of my Erlybird orders & transactions?
Your Erlybird seller's dashboard lets you view and export your orders, customers and shipping information. Your Stripe dashboard lets you view and manage payments, refunds and transfers to your bank account.
Will fraudulent orders or cards be rejected? How do I handle disputes?
Stripe provides several tools to minimize fraud losses and to help determine if a transaction is fraudulent. These include tools that auto-reject suspicious transactions and notify you of questionable charges so that you can make the most informed decision possible as to whether to accept a charge.
